3.1 Registration Process

Each user must open a personal account to access services on the bg990s platform. A person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bg990s support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

bg990s may request a national identity card or other official documents for identity verification at any time. bg990s reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the bg990s platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay

The minimum deposit of ৳100 applies equally across all payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in some cases there may be a short delay due to account verification requirements.

4.3 General Payment Policy

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Transferring funds to third-party accounts is not permitted.
• If any irregular transaction is identified, bg990s reserves the right to investigate.
• If fraud is proven, the account will be closed and funds will be forfeited.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the bg990s platform are operated fairly and transparently. bg990s is committed to ensuring SSL encryption and fair play. If any user is found cheating or engaging in misconduct, their account will be permanently closed.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, automated software or any other artificial means.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or error to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

7.3 Finality of Results

After each game is completed on the bg990s platform, the result will be considered final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bg990s will resolve it at its own discretion.

bg990s accepts no liability for the following:

• Any game or bet being cancelled due to an internet connection interruption.
• Loss caused by a problem with the user's own device.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
• The user's account details falling into another person's hands (where this is due to the user's own negligence).
• Loss caused by unexpected technical disruptions.

However, bg990s is committed to taking all reasonable measures to keep the platform uninterrupted and secure.

11.1 Account Closure by bg990s

bg990s may temporarily or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Registration with false information.
• Use of an account by a minor.
• Illegal activities.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Please withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account.

If a dispute arises between bg990s and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through direct discussion. If you have a complaint, please contact our support team and provide full details.

• An initial response will be provided within 7 working days of the complaint being submitted.
• Complex matters may take longer.
• All disputes will be examined honestly and impartially.

bg990s's decision will be considered final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
